On second thought(s): After thinking about something again. （after reconsideration) 再重新深思過後, 想了一想。
ps: UK -> on second thoughts US -> on second thought
ex:
On second thought, I don't think I'll go.
我想了想，我覺得我不會去。
還有兩個常看到的用法：
Without a second thought. = If you do something without a second thought, you do it without first considering if you should do it or not: 想都沒想.
ex:
I proposed to her last night, and she said yes without a second thought.
我昨晚向她求婚，她不加思索地就答應了。
have second thoughts: to change your opinion about something or start to doubt it: 改變主意或是開始懷疑.
ex:
You're not having second thoughts about getting married, are you?
你不會是對要結婚這件事改變主意了吧？
